Salt Scrubbing

Feeling weighed down, sluggish in the energy, like something is clinging to you and you can't shake it?

Try a salt scrub.

You can use just plain sea salt or Himalayan salt. You can mix it with some olive oil. You can add a few drops of lavender oil or like such. There's premade salt scrubs out there. They'll all work. If you're not in the shower or bath, just use plain salt.

Most important spots?

The centre of your back, behind the heart chakra (this can be a bit hard to reach but it's a very important spot).

The centre of the soles of your feet, the foot chakra, the acupuncture point of Kidney 1.

The centres of your palms, you hand chakras.

Your heart chakra and solar chakra.

Take a bit of the salt scrub and rub it in a counterclockwise motion, then a clockwise motion. Rinse off with water.

Now, doing your entire spine from the base of your skull down to your tailbone is very helpful. Your throat chakra, third eye, and crown chakra also help but just make sure not to get salt in your eye. You may wish to rub your entire feet with the salt.

After doing your feet, imagine roots branching out from the sole deep into the earth. Nice fresh strong vibrant roots. If you want to feel even more rooted, imagine also a deep thick tap root from each heel also anchoring you to the earth.

Salt scrubbing helps remove negative and stagnated energy, minor unwanted energy attachments, and small energy parasites.

In a pinch, plain old table salt on the centre of your back, heart chakra, and solar chakra is a good defensive measure.
